Hello, Parents! My name is Irene Lebedies. I became a Certified Performance Coach to find a way to support you, the parent, in creating a harmonious and intentional family. It is my vision to assist you to be secure in your parenting, to have you experience what it feels like to be capable, resourceful and confident, and to create the results that matter to you and your family.

As a coach I partner with you to answer some of the most burning questions parents have:

  • How do I help a wayward teenager?
  • My children want to spend all of their time with their friends. How do I make my children like our family?

I am passionate about coaching. I will and can assist and support you in handling these issues – and others that come along with living and parenting. I have raised four successful children, I have worked with individuals and families as a teacher, coach and admissions counselor, and am committed to results-oriented and purposeful life. I support you in finding YOUR solutions. Together we partner in finding clarity and confidence, the confidence in parenting for YOU. I have learned to be a good listener, and in a joyful, authentic and focused manner I stand with you to create the family life you want!
